Interior Design Project Budget

$39.00

Budget a whole property room by room, print one room to shop from, and see the variance line by line. Every room, every line, what it should cost and what it actually did.

Set your bedroom and bathroom counts and say whether there’s a dining area, outdoor space and an office — those switch room blocks on and off, so a two-bedroom project never sees Bedroom 3. Then pick one of four style tiers and every line in the workbook fills with a typical figure: Budget takes the low end of each range, Premium the high end, Luxury roughly double it, and Mid-range lands 40% into the range rather than the midpoint, because nobody buys mid-range on every single line and midpoints stack upward.

Sixty-nine furnishing lines across seven room types come pre-filled that way. Type your own number beside any of them and yours wins — a “Using” column shows which lines are the tier’s and which are yours. Mark each line Must-have or Nice-to-have, and as you buy, record the actual cost, the store, and whether it’s Planned, Ordered or Paid. Variance appears line by line.

Room Detail prints a single room so you can shop from one page instead of the whole workbook. Summary puts the entire project on one page: every room with its budget, actual, variance and share of the total, the additional costs, the most over and most under room, and the floor if you bought only the must-haves. Paint, flooring, labor, delivery, assembly, props and photography have their own block — sales tax and contingency calculate themselves from the rest.

Six sheets, everything locked except what you type. A 15-page guide comes with it, covering where furnishing money actually goes, what carries each room and what can flex, and three printable worksheets.
