Three policies, one page. Effective 10 September 2026.
This policy explains what information this site collects, why, who else can see it, and how to get it removed. It applies to new.christinacutolo.com and to the emails sent from it.
This site is owned and operated by Christina Cutolo, a sole proprietor based in Boca Raton, Florida (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us at hello@christinacutolo.com, or by mail at 8994 Dulcetto Court, Boca Raton, FL 33496, United States.
Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you subscribe to the email list or request a free resource. Your name, email address and billing address when you place an order. Whatever you choose to write in a contact form or an email to us.
Payment information — which we never see. Card payments are processed by WooPayments, WooCommerce’s payment service, which runs on Stripe. Your full card number is transmitted directly to the payment processor and is never stored on this site or visible to us. We receive only the order total, the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our host records standard server log data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and timestamps. Our shopping cart also sets session cookies so your cart and checkout work.
Children. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy that governs what it does with that data.
To be specific about this, because most privacy policies are not: this site does not currently run Google Analytics, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, or any comparable third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tracker. The only measurement we have is (a) our host’s standard server logs and (b) Mailchimp’s reporting on email opens, clicks and linked purchases for people who are on the list or who have ordered. If we add analytics or advertising tracking in the future, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping items in your cart, carrying you through checkout, and keeping account sessions signed in. WooCommerce and Mailchimp may also set cookies to link a visit to an order or a subscriber. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly without them.
We only add you to the marketing list if you sign up or request a free resource. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional emails — order receipts and download links — are sent because you bought something, and are not marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers listed above, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a successor if the business is ever sold or transferred — in which case this policy continues to apply to information collected before the transfer.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Email subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Server logs are kept on our host’s standard retention schedule.
Wherever you live, you can email hello@christinacutolo.com and ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. Note that we may need to keep order records even after a deletion request, where tax or accounting law requires it.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, those laws give you specific rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising, and to appeal a refusal. We honor those requests from every visitor regardless of state. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
The site runs over HTTPS and payment details go directly to the payment processor rather than through our systems. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate from the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you use this site from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
This site links to other websites, including affiliate links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any site we link to. Once you click through, that site’s privacy policy governs.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to the email list.
These terms are the agreement between you and Christina Cutolo when you use this site or buy anything on it. Please read section 3 carefully — it explains the limits of what this site is.
By using new.christinacutolo.com, subscribing to the email list, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This site is operated by Christina Cutolo, a sole proprietor in the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this site.
All content on this site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. That includes every guide, checklist, calculator, worksheet, template, spreadsheet, blog post, page and email.
It is not legal, tax, insurance, financial, investment, accounting or real estate advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your actual situation. Using this site, buying a product, or corresponding with us does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, broker-client, or professional-client relationship between you and Christina Cutolo.
Numbers, examples, calculators and scenarios in our products are illustrations. They rely on assumptions you enter and on general rules that change and that vary by state, lender, carrier and individual circumstance. Verify anything that matters with a qualified professional before you act on it.
Christina Cutolo is a licensed mortgage loan officer. No mortgage origination is conducted through this site. No loan application, pre-qualification, pre-approval, rate quote, rate lock, or other lending activity of any kind takes place here. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or an advertisement for any specific credit product, rate or term. Mortgage content here is educational only. If you want to discuss financing, contact her separately through her licensed employer.
Insurance services are provided through United Insurance Corp. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a solicitation to buy insurance, or a binder of coverage, and no coverage can be bound through this site. Insurance products are not available in every state and are always subject to underwriting, application, policy terms, exclusions and limitations. The actual terms of any policy are governed by the policy document itself, not by anything written here.
Real estate, short-term rental and business content on this site describes what has worked in particular situations. It is not a promise or guarantee of income, appreciation, occupancy, savings, approval or any other outcome. Your results depend on your market, your capital, your effort and factors outside anyone’s control. Any testimonial or example reflects one person’s experience and is not a typical result.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use it for your own personal use or inside your own single business. You do not receive ownership of it, and the copyright stays with us.
You may download it, print it, fill it in, and use it in your own business.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, give it away, share the file or your download link with anyone else, post it publicly or to a file-sharing service, upload it to a system that trains artificial intelligence models, include it in a course, membership or product of your own, use it to create a competing product, claim authorship of it, or remove any copyright or attribution notice from it. Commercial resale or client-facing redistribution requires a separate written licence from us.
The site’s text, images, design, branding and product content are owned by Christina Cutolo and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our name, logo or branding.
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, and a price change does not entitle you to a refund on a prior purchase. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order.
Products on this site are digital files delivered instantly. After a successful payment you receive download links on the order confirmation screen and by email to the address you entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address, to download your files promptly, and to keep your own copy — download links may expire or be limited in number. If a link stops working, email us and we will resend it.
You are responsible for having software that can open the file. Each product page states its format — for example PDF or spreadsheet. Not owning suitable software is not a defect in the product.
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only link to things we use or would recommend anyway, and a commission does not change what we recommend or how we describe it.
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the site we link to.
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is complete, current or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christina Cutolo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site or any product bought on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those places, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the maximum extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christina Cutolo from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to a product if you breach these Terms, including the licence restrictions in section 7. If your licence is terminated, you must stop using the product and delete your copies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us — most problems are solved in one message.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a sale or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy on this page, are the entire agreement between us about the site.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Every product on this site is a digital file that reaches you the moment you pay. That changes how refunds work, so here is exactly where we stand — including the situations where we will refund you.
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. There is no way to return a digital file or to un-see its contents, so we ask you to read the product page carefully before you buy — each one describes what is inside, how many pages or tabs it has, and what format it arrives in. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right. See section 3.
When you complete a purchase you are asking for immediate access to the file, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel ends as soon as the download begins. If you are shopping from the EU or the UK, this is the express consent and acknowledgement that waives the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately.
We stand behind delivery and description. Email us and we will sort out any of the following:
Email hello@christinacutolo.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, the product name, and a description of what went wrong — a screenshot helps. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through WooPayments. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, your licence to the product ends and you must delete every copy you have.
A chargeback on a digital product that was successfully delivered is costly and slow for both of us, and almost every problem is fixable in a single email. Please contact us first — we would much rather fix it than fight it. We reserve the right to refuse future purchases from an account that files a chargeback without contacting us.
Free downloads, guides and checklists cost nothing, so nothing is refundable. If a free file will not download, email us and we will send it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a right we have not described here, that right still applies.
Questions about anything on this page? Email hello@christinacutolo.com and we will get back to you.
