Spaces I'veDesigned

Every property in our portfolio is designed by me — with intention, for ROI, and with the guest experience at the center of every decision.

Owned, designed, and self-managed.

Modern Mountain

Modern Mountain Retreat

Heber City, Utah

Mountain modern luxury near the Deer Valley expansion. Designed for ski trips, family getaways, and elevated mountain living. Every detail — from the leather accents to the fireside seating — was chosen to feel like a high-end lodge you never want to leave.

The designstory

This was our first property where I went all-in on a design concept. I wanted warm, modern mountain — not log cabin. Think clean lines meets cozy textures. Leather, wood, stone, and black steel throughout. The kind of place where you want to curl up with a book after a day on the slopes.

Living Room

The Great Room

Open-concept living with a stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and mountain views. Leather sectional, layered textures, and moody lighting that makes everyone put their phone down.

Kitchen

Chef's Kitchen

Waterfall quartz countertops, black steel hardware, and a layout built for hosting — not just reheating.

Primary Suite

Primary Suite

King bed, upholstered headboard, layered bedding in neutral tones. Mountain views from bed.

Bunk Room

The Bunk Room

Custom built-in bunks with individual reading lights and USB charging. Kids’ favorite room, every time.

Outdoor

Deck & Hot Tub

Private hot tub with mountain backdrop. String lights, Adirondack chairs, fire pit. The reason people rebook.

Coastal

Coastal Beach House

Boca Raton, Florida

Sun-soaked and intentionally relaxed. This property was designed to feel like a vacation the second you walk in — soft whites, natural textures, and ocean-inspired details that make guests exhale.

The designstory

I wanted coastal without the clichés. No anchors on the wall. No “Life’s a Beach” signs. Instead: linen, rattan, bleached wood, and soft blues that feel elevated and intentional. The goal was a space that photographs beautifully and makes people feel like they’re at a boutique resort.

Living Room

The Living Space

Open and airy with linen sofas, rattan accents, and natural light pouring in. Designed for bare feet and slow mornings — the kind of room that makes people extend their stay.

Kitchen

Bright Kitchen

White countertops, brass hardware, and open shelving. Feels like a beach house kitchen that actually works.

Primary Suite

Primary Suite

All-white bedding with coastal blue accents. Rattan headboard, linen curtains, and the kind of pillows guests ask about.

Outdoor

Patio & Pool

Lounge chairs, tropical landscaping, and a pool that sells the booking. This is the listing hero shot..

Sports Complex

Sports Complex Home

Pennsylvania

Built for groups, designed for energy. This property is steps from the action — made for game weekends, tournaments, and friends who want a home base that’s better than a hotel.

The designstory

This property needed to be durable, fun, and group-friendly without looking like a frat house. I went with bold, clean design — dark accents, game room energy, and spaces that can handle a crowd while still looking sharp in listing photos.

Living Room

The Hangout

Oversized sectional, big screen, and enough seating for the whole crew. Designed for watching the game, ordering takeout, and not wanting to leave the house.

Game Room

The Game Room

Foosball, darts, and a second TV zone. The room that earns the 5th star.

Kitchen

Open Kitchen

Bar seating, industrial lighting, and a layout that works for group cooking or pizza night.

Bedrooms

Sleep Zones

Multiple bedrooms with quality mattresses. Clean, simple, and ready for early morning tournaments.

Luxury Mountain

Luxury Mountain Estate

Heber City, Utah — Jordanelle Ridge

A luxury new construction home on a premier ridge lot with panoramic views of the Timpanogos mountains. Currently in design and build — this will be our most ambitious property yet, built for both short-term and mid-term luxury stays.

The designvision

We’re building this one from the ground up — which means every single detail is intentional from day one. The vision is modern mountain luxury that rivals boutique hotels, with spaces designed specifically for the STR and MTR guest experience. Follow along as we document the entire build, design selection process, and launch.

Design Preview

Floor Plan in Progress

4,700 sq ft of intentional living — 4 bedrooms, recreation room, and spaces designed for both intimate gatherings and large groups.

The Views

Timpanogos Mountain Views

Panoramic mountain vistas from a premier ridge lot. The kind of views that sell a stay before the listing description does.
