The monthly rhythm is the business review plus the physical checks that keep the property safe, logged month by month: review done, books closed, vendors paid, reserves set aside, detectors tested, filters changed. The quarterly rhythm covers the deeper cleans, the seasonal swap, and the vendor and listing review, with a log per quarter for what you found and fixed. The annual rhythm is the off-season reset – HVAC service, water heater flush, roof and gutters, dryer vent, extinguishers, insurance review, permit renewals, refreshed photos and next year pricing – with dates recorded as each one is done.
